Touchstone Energy® Cooperatives provide high levels of service to all residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural customers. The Touchstone Energy® branding initiative communicates the unique characteristics of electric cooperatives in a changing utility marketplace. The Touchstone Energy® Cooperatives’ core values of providing service with Integrity, Innovation, Accountability and Commitment to Community are more important each and every day. Touchstone Energy® emphasizes the significance of each electric cooperative’s local presence and unique ties to its community, but offers the resources of a nationwide network of cooperatives to bring added value and benefits to cooperative consumer-members.

- Bill Consolidation and Energy Management Programs, designed to offer commercial and industrial (C&I) customers convenience and savings;
- “Get Charged!” program, a joint effort by Touchstone Energy® and Discovery Channel Schools to provide educational material about electricity and the history of cooperatives to middle schools
- National Child Identification program, in which the American Football Coaches Association, Touchstone Energy® and the FBI have joined efforts to provide parents with an ID tool to help protect their children.
- Touchstone Energy® Home — a residential energy efficiency program for new, existing and manufactured homes.
- Online energy management and audit services for business and residential customers among all participating cooperatives.
- TogetherWeSave energy efficiency and cost savings interactive internet demonstration tools and models.
- Touchstone Energy Savers Program with quicktips to save energy, have Touchstone Energy Kids Zone educational programs, etc.
- Co-op Connection Card offers co-op members products and services discounts at over 31,000 participating local and national businesses.
