The Cooperative Balloon Associates, LLC is a limited liability company and is licensed to own and operate the Touchstone Energy® Balloons and to make the Balloons available to other Touchstone Energy® cooperatives to promote Touchstone Energy®.
The Touchstone Energy® Hot Air Balloons have appeared in front of over 30 million spectators in the communities of over 250 Touchstone Energy® Cooperatives in 32 states in the last eight years.
